As I have stated before, Gaiam is one of the best online sources for all things organic and green. In addition to baby items, clothing, etc. Gaiam carries non-toxic, eco-friendly natural home products and natural stain removers from companies like Seventh Generation and Begley's Best.

Seventh generation produces family-safe, nontoxic items like chemical-free cleaners, recycled chlorine free paper towels and bath tissue, recycled plastic trash bags, organic baby wipes and chlorine free diapers. Begley's Best is a great all-purpose cleaner that gives 100% of proceeds to non-profit groups. Browse Gaiam's large assortment of green cleaning products, natural household supplies and eco-friendly cleaning tools.

Mrs. Meyers is another earth friendly clean home company. I especially like her Lemon Verbena Toilet Bowl cleaner. Take it from someone who used to fumigate myself when I cleaned bathrooms because I thought they weren't clean unless the whole house smelled like chlorine bleach, Mrs. Meyers bathroom products are a welcome change indeed! If your pet stays indoors with you try Mrs. Meyers' Clary Sage and Chamomile Pet Products to help get rid of pet odors.

"Clean Green with Ordinary Household Items"
Always have baking soda and vinegar on hand because they make great cleaning agents. To keep drains fresh and clean put 1/2 cup of baking soda in them, then pour 1 cup vinegar in the drain (the vinegar activates the baking soda and it will bubble up and clean the drain) and then rinse with hot water. I also like to clean my windows by spraying a mixture of vinegar and water on them then I use old newspapers to clean with instead of paper towels. This really puts a fine shine on them.
